With a thickness of just 0.366 mm, our Mi-Heat carbon heating film is a very thin and lightweight heat source that is suitable for a wide range of applications. Thanks to its narrow width of just 20 cm, the heating film is particularly versatile for realising your own heating projects.
A heat output of 220W/m² (+/- 10%) ensures rapid and extremely even heat development. Compared to other electric heating systems, the energy used is converted into heat with almost no loss, which makes the heating film particularly efficient. The thermal efficiency of our Mi-Heat carbon heating film is an outstanding 98%.
The harmless infrared radiation generated directly heats the objects above it (e.g. the surface covering) without creating any air turbulence. The heating film on offer is intended for individual heating, heating or temperature control projects. For example, the Mi-Heat Caron heating film is used in the following projects:
