Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries:

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat rate of €5.90 per order for shipping costs.

From an order value of € 90.00 we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:

Finland, Great Britain, Sweden, Switzerland: €19.90 (free shipping from €300)

Canada, Israel, Malte, United States, Cyprus:
Parcels up to 2kg - 39€
Parcels over 2kg up to 5kg - 49€
Parcels over 5kg up to 10kg - 79€
Parcels over 10kg up to 20kg - 109€
over 20kg 139€

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2-3 days, for deliveries abroad within 5-9 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

We can help here too! Pay conveniently by open invoice within 14 days without deduction. Please send us a list of the desired items, as well as your official address and delivery address, so that we can enter your order manually.
