Below we answer questions about your online orders.
In this case, we recommend using the "Notify me when this item is available" function. You will then automatically receive an email when the item is available again and can order it conveniently via our online shop.
There is no minimum order value at Mi-Heat - after all, there are also small projects.
If you would like to advertise a purchased item, first log in with your access data. Then call up the item either directly or via the item listing for one of the orders placed.
To submit your personal evaluation, click on "Evaluations" under the pictures on the item detail page and then on "Evaluate item".
Rate Mi-Heat as a company:
You would like to rate us as a company? We would be pleased to receive your Google rating and/or a rating via the Shopauskunft portal. If you have given us permission to contact you regarding a rating when placing your order, at the end of the shopping basket, you will automatically receive a reminder email.
Your feedback is important to us and shows us what we can do better.
To put products on a wish list, simply click on the heart symbol next to the respective product.
To share a wish list, click on the button in front of "At the moment your wish list is not public" in the desired wish list. You will now receive a link to your wish list that you can share. Alternatively, you can click on the letter symbol behind the link to send the wish list directly by e-mail to the desired person(s).
For many of our articles, we have already provided the operating instructions and, if applicable, data sheets, installation or assembly instructions directly with the respective article.
Call up the desired article and click on the "Downloads" tab under the pictures to display the available instructions.
If the "Downloads" tab does not appear, there are unfortunately no instructions currently available for the product. In this case, we will be happy to send you the instructions directly by e-mail.
After placing an order via our online shop, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail to the address you have provided.
The order will be processed and shipped automatically within the time specified for the item or under payment and shipping. When your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a dispatch confirmation including a link to track the shipment and the invoice in PDF format by e-mail.

Please check your spam folder first. If the confirmation is not in the spam folder, please check the e-mail address entered in the customer account again for any typing errors that may have crept in. If the e-mail address is correct, we unfortunately have to assume that the order process was not completed in full or correctly.
