Digital Smarthome-enabled thermostat
The Heatit Z-Wave thermostat is ideal for controlling electric underfloor heating.
With the built-in Z-Wave chip, this thermostat can be integrated into many Z-Wave enabled home automation systems. Z-Wave is the international wireless standard for communicating devices in the smart home. Thanks to the Z-Wave standard, products from a wide range of manufacturers can be used with each other in a radio network (Z-Wave capable Smarthome central unit required, please check compatibility in advance). This means that this product can also be used with many other Z-Wave products from other manufacturers in a common Z-Wave radio network. The thermostat can accept up to 8 connections to other Z-Wave enabled devices (e.g. relays, sockets, etc.).
Due to the dimensions of the thermostat front panel (55x55mm), the Heatit Z-Wave thermostat can be easily integrated into many frames/multiple frames from panel switch programmes of other manufacturers.
The switching output of the thermostat can be loaded with max. 16A/3680W. If a higher load is to be switched, a power contactor must be installed behind the thermostat. In addition to the floor sensor included in the scope of delivery, another temperature sensor (external room sensor) can be connected to the thermostat.

Note
To control the thermostat via an app or internet browser, a Z-Wave enabled Smarthome control panel is required.
Alternatively, the thermostat can also be set and operated without a Z-Wave central unit via the device buttons, but not all device functions are available.
