Mould Dry - Effective against mould and completely without chemicals
A lack of thermal insulation, structural defects, or incorrect heating or ventilation often leads to the accumulation of moisture in the masonry. The result is often mould growth on the cold and damp wall surfaces. Especially black mould, which can have negative effects on our health, is an unwelcome guest in our living spaces.
It is not uncommon then to try to remove the mould from the surface with chemical cleaning agents, some of which are toxic and harmful to the environment. However, the mould spores develop deep in the damp masonry and can only be permanently removed there.
The new Schimmel Dry infrared heating panels are an optimal solution for effective and inexpensive mould control. And all without chemicals! The narrow panels are simply attached to the affected wall or mounted free-standing with the supplied feet and dry out the wall sustainably into the wall core by means of natural infrared heat. This eliminates existing mould and prevents new growth.
The Schimmel Dry system is associated with one-off investment costs, as it can be removed without leaving any residue and can therefore be used flexibly in different places. Thus, the solution is also excellently suited for rental properties.
The power supply of the basic module is established with the enclosed 1.5m connection cable to a conventional 230V socket. The system can be expanded modularly to include up to 4 additional extension modules, which are easily connected via connecting cables (20 cm and 75 cm, included in delivery). This means that even larger areas can be heated effectively. For even more economical operation, a separate thermostat or a timer can be used.
