Solder butt connector for connecting cable with 1.5mm² wire cross-section

With the solder connectors, two connection cables can be easily and quickly joined together to form a tension-proof and moisture-proof cable connection. The stripped wire ends are simply inserted into the connector and the solder ring is then melted with a hot air blower. The heat-melting polymer hose and the two thermoplastic sealing rings also ensure that the cable is properly electrically insulated.

The cable connector has been specially developed for making electrical connections, it provides a qualitative, reliable, watertight and durable connection. The transparent material also makes it easy to visually check the connection made.

The connector can be used for flexible (braided) and rigid (solid) copper or tin-plated wires. Thanks to its small diameter, the butt connector is ideal for extending the connection cables of infrared heating films.
