Our temperature switches with normally closed (NC) contacts are available in various trigger temperatures from 70 to 100 °C and offer reliable overheating protection for heating systems, heating films, heating mats and numerous other electrical applications.
In normal operation, the circuit is closed. As soon as the set switching threshold is reached, the contact opens automatically and interrupts the flow of current. After cooling down, the switch closes automatically, so no manual reset is required.
With a load capacity of up to 240 V / 6 A and a tested dielectric strength of 1500 VAC, the switches offer high safety, reliability and a long service life.
