Mi-Heat 24V AC/DC perforated carbon heating film 300W/m², self-adhesive
With a thickness of only 0.4 mm, our self-adhesive Mi-Heat carbon heating film is an extremely flat, lightweight and powerful heat source for a wide range of technical applications. With a width of 60 cm, it can be used particularly flexibly in individual projects – for example, in prototype construction, for temperature control of press moulds, for battery systems or for setting up industrial heating solutions.
With a heating output of 300 W/m² (+/–10 %), the heating foil achieves very fast and evenly distributed heat generation. The energy used is almost completely converted into heat; the thermal efficiency of around 98 % makes the heating foil particularly efficient and energy-optimised.
The infrared radiation generated is completely harmless and acts directly on the materials or components above it without creating air turbulence. This makes the heating foil ideal for surface temperature control, mechanical engineering, technical housings and industrial heating systems. It is primarily designed for commercial and industrial processing and opens up a wide range of applications.
The perforation (holing) of the heating foil ensures targeted diffusion openness so that any moisture that may arise – for example, from process residues or materials – can escape. In this way, a breathable layer structure is possible if required without impairing the heating function.
For protection, the heating film is covered on both sides with a PET insulation layer. The self-adhesive backing enables secure and permanent adhesion to many smooth surfaces such as plastic or glass. Due to its open perforation, the heating film must not be mounted directly on metallic or electrically conductive surfaces.

Note: To operate the heating foil, a suitable power source – for example, a transformer or a battery/rechargeable battery system – and a suitable thermostat with an external temperature sensor are also required. The thermostat monitors the temperature of the heating foil and ensures that the permissible limits are not exceeded.
The product is primarily designed for industrial and commercial processing. Proper use by end users requires electrical engineering knowledge, particularly in the field of electric heating.
