Mi-Heat Carbon Heating Film 900 W/m²
The Mi-Heat carbon heating film is an ultra-thin, flexible and high-performance heat source for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications. With a profile height of just approx. 0.366 mm, it can be integrated in a particularly space-saving manner and is ideal for customised heating solutions, specialised applications and in-house project implementations.
Thanks to its narrow width of 13 cm, the heating film can be used flexibly, for example in prototyping, for temperature control of moulds, in mechanical engineering or in industrial processes where uniform and direct heat transfer is required.
With a heating output of 900 W/m² (+/- 10 %), the carbon heating film ensures rapid, efficient and very uniform heat generation. The electrical energy used is converted almost entirely into heat. The thermal efficiency is an outstanding 98 per cent.
Heat is emitted in the form of pleasant and safe infrared radiation. This directly heats adjacent surfaces, components or objects without causing unnecessary air turbulence. As a result, the heating film is particularly suitable for applications where precise surface temperature control or uniform process heat is required.
The heating film is temperature-resistant up to 80 °C and is therefore suitable for numerous technical applications, custom designs and bespoke heating systems.
For easy installation, the heating film comes fitted with a pre-assembled 2.5 m connection cable. To ensure safe and precise temperature control, it must only be operated with a suitable thermostat.
