Electric Infrared Floor Heating
Heating foil, also known as carbon heating foil, is the thinnest version of electric underfloor heating. It consists of two copper strips that supply an electrically conductive coating on a carrier material. Almost the entire surface within the heating foil heats up evenly and thus ensures pleasantly warm floors over the entire installed area.
Compared to other electrical heating systems, the energy used is converted into infrared rays with almost no loss, which is what makes the infrared heating foil so efficient.
The electric underfloor heating can be applied to the existing floor subfloor without any major construction work.
The infrared heating foil is well suited for cold floors and where a higher temperature is desired. It can be installed in the living room, bedroom, in front of the sofa or under the dining table.

Scope of delivery
A connection set consists of 2x 2.5m connection cable, 2x crimp connectors and 30cm vulcanising tape.
When using electric underfloor heating, a thermostat that allows an adjustable temperature limit of 26°C must be used for control.
When using electric heating elements, ensure that the surface covering has the appropriate thermal conductivity.
A manufacturer's approval must be obtained in advance by the customer.
The installation of electrical heating systems may and must only be carried out by a specialist in accordance with VDE DIN 100.
