Mi-Heat carbon heating film 400W/m²

With an installation height of just 0.366 mm, our Mi-Heat carbon heating film offers an ultra-thin and lightweight heat source that is suitable for a wide range of applications. Thanks to a width of 50 cm, the heating film is particularly versatile for realising your own heating projects, such as in prototype construction, for heating moulds and in battery cases.

With an impressive heat output of 400W/m² (+/- 10%), this heating film guarantees fast and extremely even heat development. The energy used is converted into heat with almost no loss, making the heating film particularly efficient. The thermal efficiency of the Mi-Heat carbon heating film is an outstanding 98%.

The harmless infrared radiation generated heats the objects above it directly without causing air turbulence. This makes the heating film ideal for surface temperature control, mechanical engineering and industrial heating systems. Primarily intended for industrial and commercial processing, it offers a wide range of possible applications.

Our heating film is equipped with a pre-assembled 2.5 metre connection cable and is ready for immediate use. An optional thermostat for precise temperature control is also available to extend the range of applications even further.
