The heater is installed directly under the seat of the church pews and thus provides direct heating of the footwell. This keeps churchgoers' feet pleasantly warm even at low outside temperatures. The heat is radiated downwards and reflected from the floor, which enables particularly efficient and pleasant heat distribution.
