Industrial heaters / hall heaters – Efficient heat without light Emission

Industrial radiant heaters are the ideal solution when reliable and efficient heating is required in large rooms or halls. Unlike conventional heating systems, which heat the air in the room, our infrared dark heaters work on the principle of heat radiation. They generate infrared C radiation with a wavelength of over 3 µm. This radiation does not penetrate deep into the tissue, but is mainly absorbed by surfaces such as floors, machines, workstations, or people. As a result, the heat takes effect with a noticeable delay, but then remains constant and evenly distributed – without any distracting visible light.

A key advantage of dark radiators is their suitability for large industrial and commercial areas. Conventional heating systems would have to heat up enormous masses of air, which costs a lot of energy and often leads to uneven temperature distribution. Infrared dark heaters, on the other hand, heat the relevant areas in a targeted manner. In car repair shops, for example, individual lifting platforms can be heated comfortably, while the rest of the hall requires hardly any additional energy. In production halls or warehouses, too, only certain workplaces can be heated – a major plus point for energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Our industrial radiant heaters are specially designed to meet these requirements. With outputs of up to 3,600 watts, they are suitable for use as both supplementary and main heating in halls with ceiling heights of up to 10 m. Thanks to splash protection, the devices can even be installed in protected outdoor areas. The special design with aluminum heating fins enables operating temperatures of up to 380 °C. This results in uniform, precise infrared heat with high efficiency – and completely free of light and glare.

Installation is flexible: depending on the model, the radiant heaters can be mounted on ceilings or walls or suspended at the desired height using chains. This allows for customized heating solutions for ceiling heights between 3.5 and 10 m. For some models, optionally available protective grilles prevent accidental contact or damage and increase operational safety in everyday industrial use.
