Mi-Guard cable guard - For safe installation of heating cables and heating mats
The Mi-Guard cable tester is the perfect installation aid for electric heating mats, heating cables and heating films. This compact testing device protects your heating systems from damage during installation.
Thanks to the battery-operated (1x 9V block) device and the simple connection using crocodile clips, installation takes just a few seconds. As soon as the Mi-Guard is activated, it continuously monitors the resistance values of the heating system. If the heating conductor is damaged, it immediately emits a visual and acoustic warning - allowing you to detect and rectify faults at an early stage.
After successful installation, you simply remove the cable monitor and can reuse it as often as you like. This inexpensive but indispensable tool can save you high follow-up costs in the event of a fault - an absolute must for every installation!
