Extra narrow heating mat for electric underfloor or wall heating
The high-quality Mi-Heat® Heating Mat Gold Slim with a width of only 25cm is optimally suited for heating solutions where space is limited. Small angled areas and stairs are certainly among the main applications. But also the heating of wet and cold exterior walls and window sills, which tend to form mould, can be realised quickly and easily.
Whether for new buildings or renovations, the heating mat is suitable for almost any installation situation with its two-wire heating cable that is only 4 mm thin. An integrated shielding of the heating cables also allows installation in damp rooms such as bathrooms. The two-wire heating cables are fixed to a flexible support mat and can be worked directly into tile adhesive, levelling compound or wall plaster. This way, the heating mat lies almost directly under the surface and heats it faster and more efficiently compared to conventional solutions. Due to this installation close to the surface, the thin-bed heating mat is also optimally suited for rooms that are not subject to a continuous degree of occupancy.
In contrast to the single-wire system, the power supply of the two-wire system only comes from one end of the heating mat. This eliminates the need to return the second connection cable, which makes installation much easier. An additional VDE certification underlines the high quality and operational safety of the Mi-Heat® Heating Mat Gold Slim.
