Twin open-space heating cables for mastic asphalt for de-icing open spaces.

The heating cables for mastic asphalt are equipped with a special and very robust insulation/sheathing and can thus be cast into hot mastic asphalt or concrete (up to 240°C). Thus, e.g. car park entrances, stairs, access routes, escape routes or indoor floors such as cold storage/freezing rooms can be protected against ice formation. Ideal for large surfaces where safety is paramount.  The mastic asphalt heating cable can, for example, be installed directly on the construction steel mat before it is covered with concrete, asphalt or a bed of sand.

The cable is equipped with a PTFE (Teflon) inner sheath and a PVC outer sheath, making it resistant to chemicals.

The use of this open space heater not only saves you a lot of work and time, but also helps you to fulfil the duty of the winter clearance service reliably and at all times. Which means that a safe arrival at the house is always guaranteed.

For effective use of the heating cable, we recommend the use of a thermostat and a ground sensor, whereby the heated areas are automatically cleared of snow and ice without you having to clear!
